450/750V, 600/1000V XLPE Insulated Control Cable Flame Retardant, Halogen Free
APPLICATION
control cable with XLPE insulation, braided shielding, steel tape armouring,PVC JACKET flame retardant halogen free, shielding 450/750V,600/1000V
Generally speaking, there are two ways of copper wires braided screen and copper tape wrapped screen for control cables, however, copper wires braided screen has stable structure, the effect of screen won't change with the cable bending or appearance factors etc, but also doesn't have influence on cables' flexibility, braiding density can reach over 80%, besides,copper tape wrapped screen percentage of coverage can reach up to 100%.
Plastic PVC Insulated Screened control Cables are used for rated voltage up to and including 450/750V.
The long-term operating temperature of PVC insulation cable conductor should be lower than 70°C,and that of XLPE insulation should be lower than 90°C.
The installing ambient temperature of cables shouldn't be lower than 0°C,the Min. bending radius of installing is 6 times of the outer diameter.
CONSTRUCTION
1.Conductor Material: 0.20mm stranded copper or CCA(25%copper) ROHS
2.Insulation Material: 1.5mm PVC(Flame resistant, ROHS)
3.Insulation Thickness: ≥0.65mm
4.Jacket Material: Ral 7035PVC(Flame resistant, ROHS)
5.Core No.: 2/3/4/6/8/10/12/14/16 cores
The control cable can be produced according to the standard GB9330-1988,IEC,DIN,BS,and the factory can also manufacture the cables in accordance with other standards.
